The Flashpoint 4″ Cold Shoe Rail is used to attach more than one shoe mount accessory to your stand, SLR, or cinema rig. Mount combinations of monitors, audio recorders, microphones, lights, handles, and other accessories to your camera safely away from controls.
You can also use this rail to move an accessory off axis for better control and stereo effects. The sliding double locking ring in the base shoe travels the length of the 4″ rail to be positioned anywhere on the bar. As its construction is all lightweight metal, there is more security to the whole setup in field use.
